Course overview

This is the first part in a series of courses intendend to teach the art of measurement of building works in the East African construction Industry. This course discuss the EA SMM general rules, Excavations and Earth works, Concrete works and walling. The course then takes the learners through two (2) exercises in the measurement of substructure items.
