    A tutor is an individual, group, or organization that develops professional, skill-focused short courses using their specialized expertise. 

    Course Categories & Requirements
    Courses must deliver clear, actionable knowledge.

    • Format: Short-to-medium length with clear objectives, descriptions, and curricula.
    • Focus: Core soft skills and practical professional skills across any industry.
    • Permitted Topics:
      • Software, IT, and coding training
      • Life skills and personal development
      • Entrepreneurship, management, and business essentials
      • Marketing and advertising
      • Industry-specific deep dives (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Medicine)
      • Data analysis and statistics
      • Finance and accounting
      • 3D animation, photo, and video editing 
      • Etc
    Prohibited Content
    Tutors must not create content that:
    • Promotes discrimination based on gender, race, or tribe.
    • Encourages immoral behavior.
    • Provides guides on software cracking or piracy.
    • Violates established ethical policies.
    • Contain copyright infringement
    • Promote get-rich-quick & financial Scams
    • Content directing students away from TeIM to buy competitive services on third-party sites.
    Supported Training Format

Creation of Educational Video Lessons: Logical, sequential screen-captured educational videos combining demonstrations with voice explanations. 

Keynote Summaries: Optional Text summaries and tips embedded within each video lesson.

Resources: Reference materials and files added to a section. Includes practice materials for use by students.

Assessments- Quizzes: Optional quizzes or tests added at the tutor's discretion to validate learning.

Assessments- assignments: Optional tests added at the tutor's discretion to test understanding.
