My name is Cloudia Jemo. I am a practicing quantity Surveyor with 3+ years of professional experience in quantity take offs, construction cost estimates, project cost management, tender evaluation etcetera.  I hold a bachelor’s degree in quantity survey from the University of Nairobi, one of Kenya’s leading universities for construction and built environment studies. 

Throughout my career, PlanSwift has been one of the most valuable tools. It has greatly improved the speed and accuracy of my quantity take off, enabling me to deliver reliable estimates.
