Course overview
This course takes the learner through a full Building modeling, documentation, views creation, and publishing exercise. The learner should follow the instructive lessons to create a building model. After modeling, the learner should prepare the drawings ready for documentation by adding detailed information to the model. The learner will then create various views including elevation views, sections, detail views, 3D documents and render views using Archicad. Finally, the learner will place drawings onto sheets and produce drawings in common formats such as PDF.
What will i learn?
- Learn how to create and place models using archicad 3D modeling tools such as wall, Column, Beam, Slab, Roof, Curtain Wall, Door and Windows, Zone tool etc
- Learn how to document projects by using detailing tools such as fills, dimensions, text, lines, etc
- Learn how to create views such as section views, elevation views, detail views, 3D documents, Render views, schedules etc
- Learn how to place views into sheets for sharing
