Course overview

ArchiCAD is a powerful BIM software mostly used by Architects and other designers to design and represent the physical model of a structure. Unknown to many estimators and designers, ArchiCAD has an inbuilt Quantity Measurement System that accurately measures every component placed in the model. For the Quantities to be ACCURATE, the model MUST be accurate. This measurement system is fast, reliable, quickly updated with design changes, and subject to further analysis.

This course will guide the user on how to measure quantities for common elements such as walls, beams, columns, slabs, stairs, railings, roofs, and curtain walls.
